Cabela\'s needed to expand their distribution capabilities to handle growing e-commerce demand. Their 200,000 square foot facility required a complete systems integration — new racking systems, conveyor networks, and warehouse management software — all while maintaining ongoing operations.
Woulf Group designed and executed a phased implementation plan that kept the facility operational throughout. We installed high-density selective racking, a 2,400-foot conveyor system with automated sortation, and integrated everything with their existing WMS.
